Please remember that your registration is not complete until the complete conference fee has been payed.

Students can apply for travel grants. If you wish to do so you have to provide a CV and a motivation letter (0.5 pages) as a single PDF file in the paper submission form.

The categories ‘General’ and ‘Student’ include one submission.

We are grateful for support by the German Science Foundation (DFG). This allows us to reduce registration fees.

• At least one author for each paper/abstract must register on or before the camera-ready submission due (August 15, 2025 CET (UTC+1)).

BANQUET / FAREWELL PARTY

The banquet of September 24th (Wed.) will be held in the Bullerjahn at night. The Bullerjahn restaurant is in the basement of the historic City Hall and is accessible from the Göttingen University Central Lecture Hall building (the conference venue) by walk. The banquet fee is NOT included in the registration fee. As public funds cannot be used for the Banquet, those costs cannot be reduced. To participate in the banquet, you must buy a ticket in advance. 

You are invited to the symposium farewell party in the foyer of the Central Lecture Hall building on September 25th (Thu.),  and it is free of charge!
